• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

3.2 Return Shipping:

• We may provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for items being returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects or errors on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.
